Atenção à saúde da criança: uma análise do grau de implantação e da satisfação de profissionais e usuários em dois municípios do estado de Pernambuco, Brasil

摘要: OBJECTIVES: to evaluate the implementation of child health care at two municipalities state Pernambuco, Brazil. METHODS: evaluative research, analysis. It was considered as units analysis: unit Family Health Program (FHP) with professionals trainned in Integrated Management Childhood Illness Strategy (IMCI), without this training and conventional unit. The degree achieved by case management structure evaluation. Professional users perceptions were appraised interview focus group discussion. RESULTS: satisfactory for FHP services, insatisfactory Municipality 1 2. Professionals effectiveness services interpersonal relationship good, but difficulties reference system lack integration work units. Users reported, good effectiveness, access difficulties. CONCLUSIONS: deficiencies potentiality provided nurse professional determinant aspects variability on degree. not possible define influence IMCI strategy. There is better user satisfaction units, problems integrality care.
