摘要: Abstract (Bi 1−x Ln x ) 2 MoO 6 (Ln=Nd and La) ceramics were prepared by conventional solid state reaction method. Solid solutions crystallizing in a monoclinic structure with space group P 21/ c obtained the La (x≤0.3) ceramics. For Nd ceramics, tetragonal phase I4 1 /acd was detected when value reached 0.2 besides Bi solution. Temperature stability quality factor Qf at microwave frequencies improved appropriate substitution for 3+ and/or system. When x=0.2, both values maximum about 30,200 GHz 32,900 GHz, respectively. TCF shifted towards zero of . x=0.3, −70 −85 ppm/°C, Relation between crystal structure, microstructure dielectric properties discussed.
