摘要: Different formulations based on nanoparticles of chitosan-plant extracts were evaluated to detect the infection process from earliest stage fungus Rhizopus stolonifer strawberry fruit during storage. Chitosan/polyvinyl alcohol (Ch/PVA) and chitosan/polyvinylpyrrolidone (Ch/PVP) films enriched with (NPs) chitosan blended plant prepared. They placed inside a plastic package containing inoculated fruits stored at 25 °C for 72 h. The thickness values in range 0.10 0.25 mm. All samples showed maximum absorbance peak about 300-320 nm; however, Ch/PVP NPs 10% radish extract had an evident decrease optical as fungal progressed. Additionally, observed by scanning electron microscopy, cross-section surface morphology not modified storage, growth R. was after 48 Therefore, could be reliable indicator this fungus's growth.
