摘要: Abstract DMSO is a very common solvent for hydrophobic chemicals that may pose threat to aquatic organisms. Ectoine (ECT) protective amino acid produced by various strains of halophilic bacteria with high potential alleviate detrimental effects induced environmental stressors. This used in many cosmetics and pharmaceuticals enter ecosystems interacting ions macromolecules. Little known on the its interaction ECT behavioral, physiological biochemical endpoints invertebrates. Therefore, purpose present study was determine alone combination hopping frequency, swimming speed, heart rate, thoracic limb activity, catalase activity NOx level an animal model, Daphnia magna subjected 0.1% 1% during combinatorial exposure (0–25 mg/L) 24 h 48 h. The results showed rate were inhibited both however alleviating observed DMSO + ECT. Thoracic higher animals exposed solutions alone, parameter more stimulated at suggest alter behavior parameters, therefore use control group non-treated would be recommended avoid data misinterpretation.
