摘要: Combining octavinyl-polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (OV-POSS) with amine-containing polyacrylamide (OV-POSS co-poly(acrylamide)) gives a new fluorescent polymeric chemo-sensor complete water solubility. It shows better selectivity for Fe3+ in over wide detection range (pH = 4–10). The incorporation of into OV-POSS co-poly(acrylamide) results significant fluorescence enhancement other metal ions. bound ratio co-poly(acrylamide)–Fe3+ complex was determined to be 1 : 2 according the Job's plot. association constant (Ka) binding chemosensor 7.416 × 107, and limit 0.9 10−9 M. Moreover, it found that system possessed low cytotoxicity, good permeability, high stability, compatibility. Hence, can successfully applied bio-imaging bright blue fluorescence. In addition, visible color change naked eye from colorless yellow could directly observed when added compared
