摘要: On March 26, 1991 in Asuncion, Paraguay’s capital city, the Treaty for Establishment of a Common Market was signed by Argentine Republic, Federal Republic Brazil, Paraguay and Oriental Uruguay. This agreement marks crowning point process that began with November 1985 Iguazu Declaration, which Presidents Raul Alfonsin Jose Sarney expressed will governments Argentina Brazil to accelerate bilateral integration process.
