摘要: OBJECTIVES: The UK is a major destination country for trafficking sexual exploitation, and so increasing numbers of victims are managed within health social services. This study aims to assess the psychological physical impact on care staff working with an identified sex-trafficked population in Northern City England identify methods assist manage this complex population. METHODS: research qualitative 12 members through semi-structured interviews. subjects were using purposive sampling, data analyzed thematic analysis. RESULTS: Staff found populations more difficult than other vulnerable groups. They frequently described burnout adverse effects their health. In general, felt undersupported undertrained by organizations. led concerns about quality sustainability service. CONCLUSIONS: Working sex significantly impacts staff. such groups require training high levels support ensure that they not adversely affected work services maintained.
