摘要: For three or four consecutive months in 1965 observations of the sun's magnetic field showed that it was predominantly directed out sun at all solar latitudes. This interval first part is near minimum sunspot cycle. Solar activity has been strongly associated with large-scale regions into sun, while noted seem to show just maximum there almost no observed be sun. An attempt made describe and develop these interesting circumstances.
