摘要: The aim of our study is to document the arthroscopic findings in resistant lateral elbow pain. We have reviewed a consecutive series 117 arthroscopies performed on patients with pain conservative treatment. found established degenerative changes involving articular cartilage 68 (59%). In 60 these (88%) were confined compartment and contrasted normal appearance medial compartment. Primary arthritis more common than previously thought, it mostly affects young population could easily be misdiagnosed as epicondylitis.
