摘要: RATIONALE AND OBJECTIVES We sought to determine whether there is a species dependence on plasma protein and serum album binding and/or relaxivity of the MR contrast agent MS-325. METHODS Equilibrium MS-325 proteins or purified albumin was determined as function chelate concentration. T1 T2 values were at 0.47 1.41 T, NMRD profiles measured changes in over varying field strengths from 0.002 1.2 T. RESULTS The either animal plateaus concentrations less than 0.1 mM with human, pig, rabbit plasmas showing maximum binding. Human pig show greatest observed enhancement presence CONCLUSIONS exhibits increased blood result Binding ranged 64% 91% dependent: human > approximately dog rat mouse.
