摘要: Glutamate is an excitatory neurotransmitter that released by the majority of central nervous system synapses and involved in developmental processes, cognitive functions, learning memory. Excessive elevated concentrations Glu synaptic cleft results neural cell apoptosis which called excitotoxicity causing neurodegenerative diseases. Hence, we investigated possibility extremely low frequency electromagnetic fields (ELF-EMF) as a risk factor able to change concentration clef. Synaptosomes model terminal were exposed ELF-EMF for 15–55 min flux intensity range from 0.1 2 mT 50 230 Hz. Finally, all raw data INForm v4.02 software artificial network program was analyzed predict effect whole mentioned spectra. The showed tolerance effects between ranges −35 +40 % compared normal state when glutamatergic systems ELF-EMF. It indicates attempts compensate environmental changes though release or reuptake order keep safe. Regarding wide acquired this study, obtained outcomes have potential developing treatments based on some neurological diseases; however, vivo experiments cross linking responses cholinergic presence would be needed.
