摘要: According to the World Health Organization, major psychiatric and neurodevelopmental disorders include depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, autism spectrum disorder. The potential role of inflammation in onset progression these is increasingly being studied. use non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), well-known cyclooxygenase (COX) inhibitors, combined with first-choice specific have been long investigated. adjunctive administration COX inhibitors classic clinical treatments seems improve prognosis people who suffer from disorders. In this review, a broad overview treatment inflammation-based provided. For purpose, critical analysis last ten years trials was carried out.
