摘要: A rapid, sensitive, and specific colorimetric biosensor based on the use of magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) was designed for detection Pseudomonas aeruginosa in clinical samples. The biosensing platform measurement P. proteolytic activity using a protease substrate. At N-terminus, this substrate covalently bound to MNPs linked gold sensor surface via cystine at C-terminus substrates. golden appears black naked eyes because coverage MNPs. However, upon proteolysis, cleaved peptide-MNP moieties will be attracted by an external magnet, revealing color surface, which can observed eye. In vitro, able detect specifically quantitatively presence with limit 102 cfu/mL less than 1 min. used test its ability situ isolates from patients. This biochip is anticipated useful as rapid point-of-care device diagnosis aeruginosa-related infections.
