摘要: Using zinc octa(diethoxyphosphenylmethyl)phthalocyanine as an example, we determined experimentally the quantum yield of generation singlet oxygen (ϕΔ) which makes it possible to evaluate quantitatively efficiency photogeneration 1O2 and influence biomolecules on this parameter. It is shown that by sensitizers used in photodynamic therapy depends their state a solution increases with disaggregation dye its interaction biomolecules. established phthalocyanine aqueous buffer sensitizes formation ϕΔ = 0.16 ± 0.02.
