摘要: Abstract We elaborate upon the conceptual value of a recent formulation theory radiationless transitions, and determine dependence nonradiative rate constant on excess vibrational energy in excited electronic state. Measurements lifetimes benzene to individual vibronic states are reported. Our rough numerical calculations found be consistent with experimental data.
