摘要: This paper evaluates and discuses the accuracy of laser scanner in DTM (digital terrain model) generation forested suburban areas. Special emphasis is laid order to optimize selection ground hits used for creation future high-pulse-rate scanners. A novel algorithm depicted detail. The based on five phases: (1) calculation original reference surface, (2) classification vegetation removal from (3) cloud points using (4) classified hits, (5) interpolation missing points. Standard error 15 cm was obtained flat forest areas increased with increasing slope value approximately 40 at 40%. average standard area slightly better than 25 cm. laser-derived road deviated only 8.5 true height. An optimum performance by averaging which located, maximum, 60 above minimum values. simplified suggested more operational use first pulse mode data. cases were verified including heights below buildings bridges, roads, large outdoor light fixture, name but a few. About 100 special suburban/urban environment verification searched. corresponding between values data 45
