摘要: INTRODUCTION: For implants which are designed to integrate with bone tissue (osseointegration), the surface structure is very important ensure rapid growth of cells and long term stability. Techniques improve osseointegration include roughening blasting or acid etching, altering chemistry coatings such as titanium dioxide hydroxyapatite (HA). We have developed a technique coat implant an extremely thin (10-20 nm) layer nanosized HA crystals. The coating can be applied on various materials, titanium, ZrO2 CoCr alloys, but we also polymers PEEK.
