摘要: AbstractPurpose: The molecular mechanisms underlying the therapeutic effect of alpha 1 blocker, doxazosin, on benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) are poorly understood. We evaluated doxazosin cell proliferation and apoptosis in glandular epithelium stroma patients with BPH.Materials Methods: examined proliferative apoptotic activities prostate specimens 22 men a mean 65 years old BPH before after treatment within normal range.
