摘要: The decrease in inorganic phosphate concentration bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L. cv. Zlota Saxa) roots induced respiration rate. observed ATP pool deficient (-P) was greater than it would result from the decline and possible involvement of alternative pathway, suggesting an increased energy utilization for growth ion uptake. Indeed, relative rate higher -P plants until 12 d culture later dropped to similar control. Net nitrate uptake +P at beginning starvation, then during prolonged decreased rapidly after 19 8 times lower that production starvation influenced NO3 - more root growth.
