摘要: The use of information and communication technologies (ICT) tools to improve the efficiency professionalism at work is increasing every time under dynamic digital environment. Tools such as telemedicine, tele-education, health informatics have late been incorporated in sector enable easy access essential services, for example, medical areas from referral centers by patients on one hand enabling doctor consultations benefit patients. Unfortunately, observations indicate dearth efforts commitment optimize majority countries south Sahara. Sub-Saharan Africa has left almost behind rest world terms development going through decades economic exploitation especially west its natural human resources. These factors, ethnic conflicts endless wars continued ruin sub-Saharan Africa's socio-economic development. Information was obtained a network telemedicine practitioners different African using internet communication, E-mail reviewing existing literature their activities. This compiled representative each region previous authors'experiences practioners. Most these inadequate ICT infrastructure, which yet creates sub-optimal application. Africa, made up 33 48 global poorest extend diffusion policy match ever developing economy. In some Ethiopia South there significant progress Telemedicine while Burkina Faso Nigeria slow because lack political support.
