摘要: Traditionally, manufacturing companies are mainly optimising their process efficiency with lean management approaches like reducing the seven wastes. In times of rising energy and material costs due to limited primary raw availability, small medium-sized (SMEs) in particular facing challenge increase efficiency. Analyzing SMEs during European research project “Methods for Efficiency” (M4E) clearly revealed that a reduction is possible as soon machinery factory infrastructure these specifically set-up or reengineered purpose Hence, enable gain transparency terms consumption both auxiliary production equipment, proceeding was developed assessing detail. First component-wise power measurements pneumatic systems, lighting various different operation modes such ramp-up, idle mode were conducted. Based on gathered data guidelines processes which use yet existing systems. This affects energy-efficient well reengineering remanufacturing equipment.
