摘要: In this study, vanadium modified ZnO nanoparticles were synthesized using the co-precipitation method. The amount of content was varied from 5, 8, and 16 atomic percentages (at.%). structural properties prepared samples characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD). results show that all had a hexagonal wurtzite structure nanoparticles. grain size lattice strain calculated Williamson-Hall plots with uniform deformation model approach. elemental analysis energy dispersive measurement indicated total concentrations about at.%. addition, UV-Vis reflectance analyses spectra doped decreased in visible light region increased content.
