摘要: Although there are some questions about the venues of adult neurogenesis, it is undoubtedly accepted that new neurons born in brains. Adult neurogenesis regulated by a wide array factors. Insults harmful to brain, such as neurodegenerative diseases, seizure, ischemia and exposure drugs abuse, intricately related neurogenesis. Whereas diseases characterized death or functional loss specific neurons, recent studies report they can be accompanied In addition, alcohol abuse which have been reputed cause irreversible damage brain also generate newly cells brain. As yet, however, we little knowledge significance roles under pathological settings, not mention physiological settings. Accordingly, this review briefly summarize results focus on insulted instead trying draw hurried conclusion regarding relationship between insults.
