摘要: SUMMARY As professional organizations have begun to incorporate expectations for addressing social justice and advocacy in competency standards mental health professionals, they are challenged stretch their limits define personal boundaries. For LGBT the act of coming out or being is a basic form activism. In context environmental pressures that professionals come be out, it important acknowledge both potential this activism reduce prejudice, risk individual's may taking. It recognize support decisions about when same manner one supports clients similar situations.
