摘要: A total of 62 frozen bone marrow specimens conserved in RNA later (Ambion) were processed using two different extraction methods, the MagNA Pure LC system (MAG; Roche) and manual RiboPure-Blood method (RIBO; Ambion); Beta glucoronidase (GUS) was amplified by LightCycler PCR to evaluate quality both procedures. Less than 1000 GUS copies/ml detected 26 (41.94%) MAG five (8.06%) RIBO. Moreover, recovery from is, on average, 2.91 cycle threshold-fold higher RIBO (P = 0.0008). Furthermore, we compared times reagent costs methods. In conclusion, is faster process 32 samples less expensive but it not sensitive enough be employed for research purpose our laboratory.
