摘要: Depletion of the nitrofuran antibiotics furazolidone, furaltadone, nitrofurantoin and nitrofurazone their tissue-bound metabolites AOZ, AMOZ, AHD SEM from pig muscle, liver kidney tissues is described. Groups pigs were given feed medicated with one drugs at a therapeutic concentration (400?mg?kg(-1)) for ten days. Animals slaughtered intervals tissue samples collected analysis six weeks following withdrawal feed. These analysed both parent nitrofurans (using LC-MS/MS HPLC-UV), LC-MS/MS). The detectable only sporadically in subjected to no period whatsoever. This confirms instability four major edible tissues. In contrast, accumulated high concentrations (ppm levels) had depletion half lives between 5.5 15.5 all still readily after cessation treatment. emphasizes benefits monitoring stable nitrofurans.
