摘要: Abstract Heat-sink with air-cooling fan is the simplest and most effective way to disperse generated heat of a high-tech device. A common approach optimize sinks based on minimization entropy generation rate that takes two major dissipation factors, transfer air resistance, into consideration. However, lower often corresponds larger size designed sink. To have balance design for dissipation, this paper considers simultaneously material cost sinks. multi-objective real-coded genetic algorithm using novel direction-based crossover operator developed formulated optimal sink problem. With proposed framework, we compare evaluate performance plate-fins equipped flow-through impingement-flow cooling systems. Extensive simulation results show can achieve both benefits light weight excellent dissipation.
