摘要: Rattlesnakes of two species (Crotalus durissus and C. viridis) discriminated between envenomated nonenvenomated mice when the kinds were presented in simultaneous discrimination tests. The snakes spent more time investigating former mouse, they selected it frequently than latter. present study showed that ability these rattlesnakes to make this did not change stimulus items successively (1 week apart). Accordingly, is based on a contrast effect requiring direct comparison mice. It proposed possess an internal representation mouse which guides searching choice behavior.
