摘要: This article presents the protocol for reconstruction of a fractured 2.1. in 12 year - old patient with loss dental tissue high complexity, teeth that involved enamel-dentin and pulp sub gingival mesial area as treated. An interdisciplinary treatment had to be carried out due complexity case. Crown lengthening procedure was made using an adhesives system then Filtek Z- 350(3M ESPE), different shades. “free hand” “silicon guide” technique (Putty Express™, 3M ESPE) were use reconstruction. The very time consuming at following steps made: 1- past surgical control crown procedure, 2- adjustment margins, its anatomical characteristics, 2.1, 3- periodontal tissues pulpotomy orthodontic treatment.
