摘要: Provided is a capacitor in which, even the case of high maximum charging voltage, decomposition electrolyte can be suppressed and discharging performed with stability. The includes positive electrode containing positive-electrode active material, negative negative-electrode separator disposed between electrode, an electrolyte, wherein material contains porous carbon volume-based pore size distribution cumulative volume pores having 1 nm or less accounts for 85% more total volume, has crystallite to 10 nm, oxygen-containing functional group, content group 3.3 mol % less.
