摘要: The addition of various sulfates for enhanced cordyceps polysaccharide (CP) production in submerged cultivation H. sinensis was investigated, and manganese sulfate found the most effective. 2mM on 0day (d) investigated as optimal adding condition, CP reached optimum with 5.33%, increasing by 93.3% compared control. Furthermore, consumption three main precursors studied over under two conditions. Intracellular mannose content decreased 43.1% throughout 6days cultivation, which corresponded to accumulation rate sharply increased from 0 d 6 d, considered preferred precursor generating CP. Subsequently, biosynthetic pathway constructed verified first time sinensis, constituted important part biosynthesis, transcriptional levels genes were studied. Transcriptional level gene cpsA significantly up-regulated 5.35-fold it a key involved both biosynthesis.
