摘要: We describe the isolation of 12 tetranucleotide microsatellite loci from African Yellow White-eye (Zosterops senegalensis) using an enrichment protocol. All were variable with number alleles ranging 2 to 13, and observed heterozygosity 0.333 1.000. also screened on a panel three taxa be polymorphic. Given that Orange River (Z. pallidus) Cape White-eyes virens) differ by 3.65 % in mitochondrial DNA, we expect isolated broadly applicable studies attempting resolve many taxonomic difficulties have arisen given rapid recent evolutionary radiation represented members Zosteropidae, particularly among species which are conservation concern their restricted geographic distributions.
