Resource Enactment in e-Government Systems Implementation: A Case Study on the E-File System in Singapore

摘要: Discerning the prevalence of e-government systems implementation internationally and an insufficiency in research on this contemporary phenomenon, adopted a case study methodology analyzing E-File System Singaporean government agency. The analysis was conducted by leveraging resource-based view enactment concept as theoretical guide. This yielded process model resource system provided answers to question ‘How are capabilities developed systems?’ associated ‘What involved implementation?’. is advanced through analysis. In conclusion, practical implications well suggestions for future offered.
