摘要: Abstract Aim This study was conducted to estimate the aminoacid levels in vitreous of patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy, and correlate it adiponectin levels. Secondly test if these amino acids can alter or induce its related factors retinal cells like pericyte as an vitro model. Methods: All human studies were done per declaration Helsinki institutional approval after obtaining consent from participating individuals. The estimated PDR (Proliferative retinopathy) MH (Macular Hole) disease control using HPLC. Bovine pericytes (BRP) cultured DMEM/F12 medium treated 0.5 mM any one individual (proline, hydroxyproline, phenylalanine, alanine, serine, glycine, lysine, isoleucine valine) along 100 nM insulin for 14 days high glucose (25 mM) condition. mRNA expression profile adipogenic markers (such Pref1, APN, ZAG PPARγ), angiogenic (VEGF, MMP-2 MMP-9, TGF-β) antioxidant (Nrf2 UCP-2) evaluated by qPCR. Adipogenesis further confirmed adipogenesis assay, secretion triglyceride accumulation Oil red O staining pericytes. Results: Amino valine (p
