摘要: Most pharmaceutical opioids are used to treat pain, and they have been demonstrated be effective medications for many. Their abuse misuse pose significant public health concerns in the USA. Research has provided much insight into prevalence, scope, drivers of opioid abuse, but a holistic understanding is limited by lack available data regarding key aspects this problem. Twelve gaps were revealed during creation systems-level computer model medical use, diversion, nonmedical adverse outcomes associated with analgesics Data specific these would enhance validity real-world applications models problem increase complex system which use occur.
