摘要: The following are some of the criticisms which have been advanced concerning goal approach to effectiveness: (1) There is a focus on official or management goals exclusion organizational member, constituency, and societal (Blau Scott, 1961; Scriven, 1967). (2) neglect implicit, latent, informal procedures (Merton, 1957). (3) multiple contradictory nature (Rice, 1963). (4) Environmental influences organization its ignored (Lawrence Lorsch, 1969). (5) Organizational retrospective serve justify action, not direct it (Weich, (6) change as contextual factors behavior (Warner, 1967; Pfiffner, 1977).
