摘要: Zr-compound-coated LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 is prepared in a single step using new powder coating process, modified flame spray pyrolysis method water-in-oil emulsion precursor solution. Only the Zr dissolved oil phase and precursors of are water phase. In flame, transform into core particles transforms layer on surface. After compound coating, both electrochemical performance cycle stability enhanced because prevents oxidation Ni3+ by acidic electrolyte. Since material coated to prevent Li2CO3 formation surface, effectiveness preventing investigated. as-prepared bare were exposed an air for month, changes morphologies structures before after aging observed thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) X-ray diffraction (XRD). It confirmed that effectively reduces amount formation.
