摘要: Hypoxia can directly affect the kidneys, but more importantly, its effects on systemic acid-base balance, ventilation, neuroendocrine reflexes, and hemodynamics all play a far greater part in altering renal function fluid balance. Acute chronic of hypoxia their magnitude may differ these will be highlighted. These changes related to common diseases high altitude impact patients with disease. Other features separate from hypoxia, either alone or combination, including hypobaria, exercise, cold also significantly perturb function.
