摘要: SUMMARY The aim of the present study was to compare effect type exercise on lipid profile and adiponectin level in sedentary young men by 24-hour follow up exercise. Thirty males with normal body mass index (BMI) were selected randomly assigned three groups: aerobic (30 min activity 60 70% maximum oxygen uptake), resistance (3 sets 10 repetitions at one repetition), concurrent (aerobic for 20 2 sets) Lipid profiles measured before after Results indicated that had an response but did not have concentration adiponectin. concentrations cholesterol high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) group reduced significantly 24hour comparison basic values (p<0,05). Moreover, low-density (LDL-C) also it significant. no triglyceride (TG) response. However, when group's data combined, there a significant reduction TG concentration. Based results, is concluded responses are independent has more positive effects changes than exercises.
