摘要: Abstract Expression of CB in the sympathetic ganglia was investigated by immunohistochemistry. The distribution immunoreactivity studied superior cervical ganglion (SCG), stellate (SG) and celiac (CG) from rats cats different ages (newborn, 10-day-old, 20-day-old, 30-day-old, two-month-old, six-month-old). We observed that percentage CB-immunoreactive (IR) neurons decreased during early postnatal development cats. In all both species, CB-IR high newborn 10-day-old animals significantly up to 30 days life. ages, largest SG compared SCG CG. cat ganglia, number more rapidly first two months life, only scattered were found two-month-old six-month-old cats, highest SG, while lowest difference size between CB + CB − equally changed development. Finally, changes percentages complete at month end second month.
