摘要: This paper discusses trade mechanisms in pollutionpermit markets. Proofs are given, that sequential, bilateral tradeable emissions permitsconverges to a market equilibrium with minimal totalcosts of pollution control. If ambient or depositionpermits traded, the convergence bilateraltransactions occurs only case singlereceptor. For multiple receptors, proof ofconvergence for and ambientpermits is given two mechanisms: sequential, multilateral Walrasian auction.
