摘要: Part II of the present study is a comparative high-speed machining Ti-6Al-4V and Inconel 718, focusing on comparison between effects dynamic tool edge wear cutting vibrations. This paper describes in detail how vibrations were measured vibration signals processed using wavelet packet transform technique. A total 60 experiments performed, covering range speed feed rate conditions. The experimental results show that has complex effect amplitudes can be higher or lower than those depending particular employed. Analysis variance reveals both always play statistically significant role affecting all three directions, i.e., direction, depth cut direction. It also revealed Ti-6Al-4V, four packets (W30, W32, W33, W36) exist, conditions In two (W32 W33) regardless identified part used as features to detect monitor machining.
