摘要: In recent time, it has become more and probable that patients with severe diffuse coronary artery disease, who are not candidates for aortocoronary bypass surgery or percutaneous transluminal angioplasty procedures, can benefit from transmyocardial laser revascularization (TMR). But the underlying principle of TMR still remains unclear. This study reports on a histological analysis eight patients, in whom total 250 channels had been created, died after TMR. The were created by CO2 surrounded zone necrosis an extent about 500 microns. hearts early postoperative period (1 to 7 days postoperative), almost all closed fibrin clots, erythrocytes, macrophages. There no obvious connections between ventricular cavity. specimens 2 weeks procedure, granular tissue high macrophage monocyte activity was observable. Within this tissue, we observed developing network capillaries. Otherwise, filling did substantially differ scar tissue. We failed observe cavity new Whether these vessels within have any impact myocardial perfusion unclear, but seems unlikely clinical effects based amphibian heart.
