摘要: Abstract This paper develops a model of production outside the CBD in monocentric city. The process is retail process, and consumers make costless circumferential shopping trips to producers. These producers use labor building space produce their output, workers commute circumferentially work at zero cost. tested using detailed commercial data from several cities, tests do not fully support model.
