摘要: The diagnostic usefulness of the biopsy cylinder and biopsy-induced complications were investigated for 458 percutaneous renal biopsies (315 native, 143 transplant kidneys) on 339 patients (average age, 44.6 +/- 18.5 years) under two different regimes (regime I, manual technique with Tru-Cut needle, 14 gauge; regime Ii, automated using a Biopty instrument adapted 18 gauge). In 435 (95%) biopsies, kidney tissue 9.09 5.28 glomeruli was obtained 93.5%, 9.5 4.9 glomeruli; II, 96.5%, 8.7 5.6 P > 0.05). Neither native nor kidneys there any evident advantage particular in terms cylinder. Bleeding (perirenal haematomas, bleeding into pelvis, blood clots urinary bladder) observed 69 (15.1%) 15.6%; 14.6%; Clinically relevant significantly rarer II (9.1% versus 3.5%; < Complications less frequent than (12.6% 16.2%). Doppler sonography biopsied revealed arteriovenous fistulae nine cases (6.3%; 8.0%; 5.4%). general, use an thinner needle reduced number significant following biopsy, while achieving comparably efficacy.
