摘要: An AgNP (silver nanoparticle)-deposited bio-based nanostructured carbon aerogel (denoted as p-BC/AgNP) with a three-dimensional (3D) porous network structure was fabricated by carbonizing bacterial cellulose BC/AgNP). The unique 3D nano-network gave the hydrophobic p-BC/AgNP good mechanical properties and water reabsorption capacity. AgNPs uniformly dispersed onto fibers, combining more firmly fibers after carbonization process, no rapid release of Ag+ occurred in an vitro test. As antibacterial material, has excellent effect on Escherichia coli (E. coli) Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus), for which inhibition rate over 99%. Moreover, cell attachment normal proliferation, revealed fluorescence microscopy, field-emission scanning electron microscopy MTT assay Bel-7402 cells. Because all above, might be desirable material that could used new kind wound dressing, implant, drug carrier, other biomedical fields.
