Bilateral traumatic testicular dislocation--a case report.

摘要: Traumatic testicular dislocation is a rare complication of blunt scrotal trauma. It usually related to straddle injuries from motorcycle accidents and commonly accompanied by hematoma pelvic fracture. Bilateral the testes relatively rare. We report case bilateral after accident. Abdominal computed tomography (CT) color Doppler ultrasonography are helpful in locating dislocated testicle detecting its blood flow. Closed reduction superficial may be attempted first. After appropriate physical examination image study, emergent surgical should considered because high incidence failure closed reduction. recommend that emergency physicians aware potential injury among trauma cases. Early early urological consultation also recommended histological changes seen testis.
