摘要: Expression of Fos and Fos-related antigens was immunohistochemically analyzed in DBA/2J C57BL/6J inbred mice response to acute or repeated handling injection stress. Both strains showed a strong induction discrete areas hypothalamus, amygdala, neocortex, septum, thalamus 2 h after an intraperitoneal normal saline. To habituate animals this procedure, were subjected injections during weeks preceding the experiment.
