摘要: Schizophrenia (SCZ) is a chronic cognitive and behavioral disorder associated with abnormal cortical activity during information processing. Several brain structures the seven performance domains evaluated using MATRICS (Measurement Treatment Research to Improve Cognition in Schizophrenia) Consensus Cognitive Battery (MCCB) have shown volume loss first episode schizophrenia (FES) patients. However, relationship between morphological organization MCCB remains unclear. Therefore, current observational study, high-resolution structural MRI scans were collected from 50 FES patients, morphometric correlation network (MCN) was established characterize pattern poorer performance. We also investigated topological properties, such as modularity, degree betweenness centrality. Our findings show directly strongly deficits of patients precuneus, anterior cingulate, fusiform gyrus, well prefrontal, parietal, sensorimotor cortices. The medial orbitofrontal, fusiform, superior frontal gyri not only identified predominant nodes high centrality MCN, but they found be critical several domains. Together, these results suggest widespread altered that on core pathophysiology SCZ.
