摘要: Abstract The most important inorganic pollutants in soil are the heavy metals. Problems related to determination of total and soluble content discussed. Soluble contents interest connection with studies about bioavailability. Because some metals essential for plant growth, work bioavailability has been done field nutrition. Much less is known situation polluted soils. It was shown that neutral salt solutions which do not really change pH during extraction procedure best suited define thresholds excess. This contrast much stronger extractants like EDTA or DTPA often proposed analysis soils deficient trace elements.
